ss turbo manifolds UPDATE 04/05/2010

Hi all, some of you may know that soon me and Andy will be making a batch of turbo manifolds to suit the TD04L or VF22 ihi was just wondering how many would be genuinely interested...

also :
reverse intakes
alloy underdrive pulleys
modified fuel rails

later a downpipe will be avalible to mate to the stock exhaust

id definately buy a single underdrive pulley, depending on price obviously lol

i wud have a turbo manifold but not yet, in the future i would.
and i dont think i need a mod'ed fuel rail untill i go turbo.....
and i dont wot the reverse intakes are...?

the reverse intake is the standard intake modded wotht he throttle body on the other side for a shorter pipe route once turboed [plus looks cool if ya got verniers]

I'd be very interested in a turbo manifold, if the price is right

price will be beetween 300-350 i would imagine depending on material cost and the laser cutting still works out cheper than any others avalible to us just because of the postage and import tax cost

orderd the turbo flange today for the prototype and will be getting an idea of the mani flange in the week

ok update on the underdrive pulleys there not worth me buying and selling on however if anyone is intrested in a group buy they will be £60 each we need 7 minimum already have 3 defo

are they singles or doubles?

single mate i dont know why anyone would want a double i think theres like 2 swifts in the uk with power steering which isent really needed in a swift

OK UPDATE TIME i have found a supplier for the turbo and exhaust flanges very good quality and will be ordering all items next week will be a batch of 10 stainless manifolds tdo4/ vf22 fitment other turbos may be the same however tdo4 is good for 240 bhp and vf22 is good for 350 bhp so either way a good setup

Cant wait to see that when its all done bud!

any update on the underdrive pulley situation? or r u still waitin for 6 more people??

still need the people mate the machine shop were asking too much for them so has to be a group buy might try some other places soon though see waht they say
