il tell you how to diet steve...
stop eating all take-away shit.
stop eating all the "snacks" that you have (cos they aint snacks ther like full meals lol).
go and pump some mad weights.
build your leg muscles up by drivin more vigorously (IE late braking and quicker gear changes)
have sex 3 times a day ( good for abdominals)
and wank to get your wrists up to scratch
LOL sorry im just bored
