hi my names Abs from hertfordshire, finally got a GTi after owning the gs-se model think its one below the GTi spec?everything is more aless standard.
not sure what way to go about with it!? not great with cars eitha lol,

hatfield?? not far at all, i met steve the other day done me a radiator, did mention u was close by!
was thinkin of more cosmetic stuff first like clear indicators? front bumper and upper lip think it has been in an accident at some point. have fitted s/s decat exhuast and alloys wrapped in yokohamma s-drive tyres.

any suggestions on what else is worth doing? prob been covered in other threads...sorry lol.

As far as engine mods go, it all depends what you want out of the car.

Ha, small world im in Hatfield aswell for 4-5 days of he week, im at uni there and thats where i will be doin my GS to GTI transplant.

So if you see a house with a white GTI outide and a White GS on the drive next to it (nicked a space from my neighbours) thats me.

Garndi - i think you now my brother JAK, you did a chip for him on his Black GTI

Yer will be doing the transplant myself along with my house m8's (who know more about it than i do) so they will be helping me alot... Hopefully.

Should be doing the transplant from this Monday onwards, shouldnt take too long.
