i was thinking about modifying mine to do the same, but its a genuine cusco, imported from japland so i dont know if i want to ruin it or not

Re: the new one
well iv got a poly rear mount, that made a big difference, gear change was alot more positive
i asked andy about just doin the fronts only but he said that he`s only doin them as the full set
that was a while ago tho, it might be different now

Re: the new one
Hi Gary,
car came off the dyno yesterday, 155bhp and 120lb ft of torque
.
It did peak at 163bhp but the torque was down (102lbft) so they fiddled with the numbers and reduced the bhp and upped the torque.
However it turns out SSGTI.NET's cams are basically fast road cams (BD10's) and quite mild, but with a proper set of cams (i.e 9.5mm lift and a longer duration 290/300 ish) she'll put up another 12/15 brake and a few more pounds of torque.
Steve, sorry to pinch your thread.
