the accuracy of aerosol cans to replicate factory paint is notoriously poor. firstly the aerosol paint generally is a diferent paint type, secondly its not the same paint system, thirdly its probably made cheaper with less quality control than the factory finishes and finally hasnt been subject to years of fade, dirt, grime and use. paint can change color depending on what its applied over, yellowing in whites is a symptom of oils bleeding through from the subsurface. How did you prepare the new painted area?
the best way to match paint is to have a sample matched by a trained paint technician who could then have it put into a spray can, even better would be to just get a pot mixed and apply with propper paint equipment.
If however the new paint and old paint dont actually touch/overlap a shade or two difference wont be that noticeable.

If you spray a panel and dont mix it with the older panels then it sure will be more noticeable....
