Brake nipple seized! Please help.

Today i finally got round to changing my brake master cylinder.

Then i started to bleed the system. Thats when my beloved old gti kicked me in the teeth!

The bleed nipple/screw on the front right caliper is seized. I hit it with a load of wd40 but no good. To make it worse i have now rounded the bloody thing! It is anti-clockwise to open it right?
Its strange becouse i bled the brakes in the summer and all the nipples were fine. That was the first time in 20 years so i would have thought it would have been seized then but it wasnt. Now, 6 monthe later, its seized!

2 questions guys.

First, how the hell am i gonna get this thing off?

Second, can anyone tell me where to get new nipples( ) Im asuming that they can be completly removed and replaced and arnt a fixed part of the caliper?

yes they can be completely removed, i'd try with lockable pliers, they do wonders if you use them right

lefty loosey righty tighty and get some mole grips on it

heat it up mole grips simple failing that hit another socket over it nipples shouldent be hard to get as long as thread is the same would guess any suzuki prob most hondas aswell as some use same calipers

heat is you friend dont heat the nipple heat the caliper body around the nipple, heat will make the hole get larger if you heat the nipple it will also get bigger. be carefull not to twist the nipple as it will shear off. If it does snap have it electro erroded or drilled out re-tapped and an oversize nipple used in its its place...or just buy another caliper.
Most likely when you loosened it last time its either cross threaded or gunk got in theer and has locked it shut. pain inthe ass but typical.

As for replacements. All the motor factors arounr here are crap. Of the 8 i tried only 2 stocked bleed nipples and what they had looked wrong. So i ordered from Suzuki in the end! Ouch
