GTi Wanted

need a parts car guys, wanted a mk2 phase 2 GTi, dont care about rust as its not body parts Im after, want it for all the bolted on and plastic bits! these need to be serviceable though, can pay good cash for right car. what have you got or what do you know about. wont need gearbox, or driveshafts or exhaust but want engine

yeah you know i saw that and the grey one an carbs on there before aswell wasn't a shed but wanted 2.5k for it yeah right

that grey one was mint and had alot of work done to it ill be selling myine in a year or so i reckon gonna be 4 or 5 k though lol wait till ya see her lool

my new engine cost £5000 on its own thats without throttle bodies etc,along with all the other work spent well over 10k on it,still doesnt mean ill get that for it

maybe so but i wouldn't of paid 2.5k

must be pretty special what are the specs?

dunno yet as hes still building it lol but has got forged pistons to his design to allow for wild cams and bigger valves,steel rods,oversize valves,knife edged crank,solid lifters,cat cams but dont know the spec yet,ported and polished head.
with jenvey throttle bodies as well.looking at around 170bhp when its done,which should get me to the front of the class this year.
along with this car has had 4.5gallon alloy tank fitted so i dont have to carry 10 gallons around with me.lightweight custom dash with minimal gauges.fuel lines inside car.wilwood 4 pot conversion up front along with brand new rear calipers and master cylinder.lots of lightening work gone on with the panels along with plastic side windows.
gonna be a flying machine,or it better be after what ive spent on it lol
