garage or workshop wanted for 1 week in London

Guys,
Having just bought the base car for my conversion Im looking for a London workshop/garage where I can transfer parts across from the donor car, this will involve hanging panels and simple mechanical, and may include an engine swap (bolt in bolt out)
What I need is somewhere to do this, somewhere legal and cost effective.
Preferably I need secure, power, dry and some warmth a lock up for one car and parking for another temporarily while its stripped.
happy to offer payment of course, or if there are any colleges that need a project to practice on?
