Ebay chips any good?

I've just won this on egay, are they any good?

I plan on buying a turbo chip once i've stockpiled all the other bits for turbo conversion.
If I fit this chip can it be removed as easily and replaced with the turbo chip or is it just more hassle?

the socket gets soldered to use ecu board and chip will easily pop out and can be replaced at any time,

Is the socket/carrier included with the chip ?

it should be, i wouldnt attempt it myself tbh incase u fry something, it wouldnt cost much to pay sum1 to do it.

In that case i'll palm it off on my mate as soon as it arrives.
