oil filled mate, stops the needle vibrating
how do you mean loosing pressure?
when your driving?, over night?
have you got the vacume attached?
is there a locknut on the adjust screw?

ah yeah oil filled not gel Embarassed nah the pressure would read 38 - 40 psi the in the space of a few days driving it it would sum times read as high as 60 it seams 2 run ok tho but i do turn it dwn but now its like the needle wont go below 40 unless u flick it lol pure cheap shit i rekon and i was wondering if it would make a difference if i used the wrong size hose from the rail 2 the regulator cuz i just used what came with the regulator.

well i used a SARD regulator which i were told is a high qaulity one, mine keeps creepin up aswell and just wont stay level,i piss about with the car n get it ticking over and running bang on n then when i start it agen the next day the pressure has crept up again, starting to loose patience as the car is over fueling like mad

set it on idle with the vacume off
i paid £80 for mine a few years ago and iv had no problems, sard are a well known brand but its no good if its the entry level cheapo model , or a fake Wink

Do u mean set the idle with the vacume off then re-attatch it after or just leave it off all 2gether?

re attach after, the vacume adjusts the pressure as the revs rise
