My Cars :)

Swift Numero One:

Bought this when I was 16 out of hard earned grafting from when I was a wee nipper so in October 2008 I went and spent every penny I had and bought this little Swift for £1200.00



I then bought some speakers.





Which eventually snapped the parcel shelf due to weight haha!

Then the cheap standard Suzuki paint was starting to chip and since my mate owns a bodyshop he slowly taught me the tricks of the trade and this was my first ever job:











Was very pleased with myself!

Cleaned all the interior properly:

Then in the winter of 2009 with the severe weather causing massive potholes this happened when the rear suspension bottomed out?









Fixed it up and did a few things aswell as a 10 hour detailing session:

Then got bored of the power and wanted something a bit more! Now as this was my first ever car and not paid for by mummy or daddy I had really grown to love the little thing so next on the agenda was a new daily and to strip the swift for a GTi turbo engine.













The car I bought as a daily: 1.5 Toyota Paseo SI for £500.00

Since having an entire spare car from breaking my first swift I decided to be smart and buy another swift, and bought it for £999.00



Kleber Competition Tyres on for the winter! went everywhere!



Then bought some deep dish rims for it but the rubber was the wrong size and need special none tapered bolts (landy style)







No pictures but I then lowered it all round 45mm, put the alloys, wind deflectors and a few other bits from the old swift across.



Then painted the roof and bonnet purple.... Don't ask why.... LOL



Finally fully stripped:

Then got bored again so decided to get an audio install Since one of my mates does audio installs I got it all cheap and built for free

Then decided to get off my arse and actually start the project haha so went and bought a GTi



Less than 12 hours later:





Packed into the project haha!



Now just waiting to get another job to carry it all on Rest assured the daily will be resprayed soon haha!

GTi engine is now fully stripped and waiting to be rebuilt, project car is fully de-rusted and undersealed + painted under the wings etc, will get pics soon!

Plans for the GTi

Turbo Setup on chip = 185bhp
Resprayed in british racing green with gold highlights
Deep dish alloys + stretch
Fully carpeted back to front
Red alfa romeo leather front seats
Dash modified to have housing for sat nav, phone, tv + ps2 etc then flocked
Interior to be painted matt black.
