Aye, if you can make what I need. It will help me speed up making it.
I'm not sure if I just cut my inlet manifold up and mill it flat or make a new CAD data then laser cut.
I think I will need to ask you to modify my spare inlet, Gary. It will be for the future RWD turbo project.
Do you need me to send you 1 inlet manifold?
I think I will ask you to rotate 90 degrees clock wise when I get one modified, though.

Let me know what you think.

Cheers

It will need something or they will be suckin in warm air

Just send it down when you need it done atchi, also I reckon you will be better off making a new flange have a look at the pics you will see I filled the flange in between the ports for fixing, if you can do the same to your existing cad it will be easy

Hey Gary,

Your welding is so good, I didn't see it was modified until I looked my flange.
OK, I will make modification a little to my CAD data. Do you think I should use thicker metal than the one I made for you? I think you got 12mm.

As theres no welding, the thickness dusnt realy matter, I think mines 10mm and I welded it with no bow in the flange, its up to you mate

I will be making my own plenum, all iv got to decide is if I make a traditional type or have something coming in from a scoop on the bonnet, all depends how much room iv got with the velocity stacks

So do I as it will keep most of the noise, but if there aint the room then icant do nothing about it, im most likly gona have to make my own strut brace to maximize the room available, maybe do an engine steady on it like andys brace

iv done the main bits on the itbs now
got a good 2nd/h filter on ebay, made a new backing plate which will also be used to bolt to a plenum box, so it looks a bit shit atm
just got to clean everything and spray it all up
im looking into vacuum manis now, i found a couple on ebay bout £30, i need 4x 10mm conections from the itbs, but everything seems to have 2 10s and the rest 6mm
i could get reducers but thats another 10er, might aswell make it myself
also looking into catch tanks, im thinking of making one, maybe a run of them if theres any interest, but i cant find anywhere that sells the viewing tubes they come with
any ideas?

Hi Gary,

All you need is Pneumatic fittings.
It will have Urethane fittings. Let me know what you need and length of tube.
I will find it for you.

Out of interest, what are your ITB's from? or at least the bolt on runners that you are using?

Thanks
