I need to loose some kilos

Currently I am 17stone, ideally I want to be 15 stone.
My diet isn't helping.
I eat breakfast. Bran flakes or similar, coffee 2 sugars
Morning tea is a sandwich or Tesco sushi
Lunch is a light pasta or sandwich
Dinner is chicken/fish pasta/rice
There is fruit thrown in through out the day.
My alchohol intake is minimal and I don't smoke.
I need to loose bastard weight

no sugar in the coffee only drink water ! 3l ish a day and scrap morning tea and lunch have a bigger breakfast and smaller dinner

ditch the coffe altogether and only drink water.
skip junk food, fizzy drinks, chocs etc.


although saying that,
i lost a stone a couple years ago in italy drinking only coca cola and eating pringles lol

you can have coffee

eat coffee rice...

1 cup brown rice
1 cup water
3 table spoons of coffee
3 table spoons of honey

Cook and eat with fish

You don't need massive meals to survive.

Do an hour walk a day, 30 minutes to get up to temp and the next 30 will start to burn the fat.
