German ebay is the cheapest iv found, not by much mind, your still lookin at 400 sheets and you will need an old set of gti fronts to use as a casing for the inserts, 2 types, showa and kyb

I have a set of Koni's for sale..... make me an offer will post some pics if you are interested

One of the rears is slightly tight to get in to the rear suspension arm but it does fit.
