ECU & Chip

Post  Almondo74 on Tue Aug 11, 2009 7:42 pm

Hi Guys,
Just wondered if there is any difference in chips, like the occ racing race/rally chip and starkeys groupA chip?

also will an ecu from another swift gti mrk2 phase 1or2 fit any other, or do they have 2 be similar or same ecu numbers?

Thanks in advice

I'm after a chip but want 2 keep stock rev limiter, i have seen 1 on ssgti.net but dnt realy want 2 import 1 coz of the cost. Is it possible 2 get 1 from your mate that does this and will it be a good improvement over stock. The cat has been chopped out and i have a 4 branch jannspeed manifold 2 go on.

cheers John
