keeping your swift fit

Post  garndi on Thu Mar 20, 2008 1:31 pm

where to start.... Laughing

well you need to trim it down, no one likes a Fat GTi.

Remove the rear wiper (who ever uses that?, in Australia we go fast enough that the water does not stick to the rear window)

Also the heater box (it does not get cold enough in Australia to really need that)

To keep fit I mow the lawn.....>

Time for another tip....

Lifting engine blocks can help with the lower back, repeat this 5 times a day for fast results.

Arm curls exercise, to start this should be undertaken with the GTi gearbox only (more suitable ratios).

These really work the triceps at 30kgs.

The deadlift is as much an art form as it is a lift. It is a combining of muscles, tendons, and ligaments, working as one unit to move a Swift from a dead stop to lockout.

Just grab the exhaust pipe and lift the car, repeat this in reps of 3 x 50 (its amazing how fast this works the lower back!!!).

Tip time....

Use steroids in the petrol tank for a stronger engine and better throttle response.
