im mossy from cork ireland

iv a 96 gti full janspeed 16's lowered its off the road now getting a full rebuild throwing any spare money i hav into it.

im looking for a good 4 branch mani and a stiff back mount can anyone help me??

my plans are

sr20 tb
crx front brakes,
aluminium pulley
port and polish
fast road cams
teg r wheels
polybushes
all engine bearings

i could go on and on any body have anything they can sell me goodie wise??

polly bushes and stiffer rear engine mount, unless u want a metal 1.

i thought my rear engine mount was weak or gone, so i replaced it for 1 from superflex, it was solidish to start with but its either loosened up over time or iv got used to it,
definatly notice the difference when u get in and start it, the engine vibrates thro the car, my old man was not happy when i let him drive it 1day lol.

couldnt imagine wot the metal ones would be like with the tiny rubber insert............ but people do it.......

you`v prob just got used to it mate
the shift is so much cleaner aswell

i find the ally ones with the bonded bush smoother than the superflex one my superflex one has no movement what so ever wicked burnouts though lol
