aye gotta be honest i am fond of the french stuff, my only reason for going jap was because i was fed up of everyone digging into the vts untill i taught them a lesson not to laugh at little cars,
well that and it was going to cost over 5k to get to the next stage with a turbo in the end i just went out and spent that money on something that was still underated but that would not be the target of chav jokes,
because everyone was always on my back about me owning a french car and spending that type of money seemed pointless if everyone else was going to just come out with comments like you could of bought a scooby/evo for that for that reason alone i didnt buy either i bought the dark horse in the same league that never gets a mention the gt4, heres some piccys of the saxo and it was a great car and i would deffo have another at some point as a second car. found a few piccys of my mg zs 180 aswell to throw in another car that was a pleasure to drive that gets slated.

heres a pic of my 1st car aswell astra mk3 si haha bare in mind i was only 17 and fast and the furious had just come out so i got over excited. will give a few people a laugh though lol

sure was although if you think back to the early fandf days it looked kind of cool when it was acceptable, there was no tacky neons or led washer jets, i just got grief for the tea tray although on many occassions it was usefull for eating a kfc off lol. after that i had about 10 other mk3 astras, they always say when you leave vauxhall you always come back, well i think im an acception once i broke the mould after a 1.4 corsa b sport, i bought my mg and found that i never really want a vauxhall again, i did end up with another for about 2 weeks last year just as a money making exercise and again it bored me to tears, great work horses but they have no excitement tbh.

the swifts alot of fun as a gls and i can see me going onto a gti before long if i dont go the baleno route and i free up abit more cash, also dependant on what insurance is like the idea this time was to buy the swift to save money for the celica build for next year to make the gt4 a serious piece of kit at santa pod and trackdays, what i havent spent in insurance, maintainance and fuel gos towards that but i find it alot of fun, i do keep my eye on pistonheads at the gtis, hopefully i can fight the urge but im meant to be keeping this for a year and i cant see that happening myself. lol
