Hi Pedro,

I think I have seen your car in Teamswift and RedlineGti...
Am I right?
I didn't know YCP wasn't good pistons.
I heard in US, they make 600+ Bhp in Honda engines.

Anyway, if you use OEM Vitara pistons. I have been told that they are better than YCP pistons. I think that what Garndi(Andy) uses.

Cheers

yes you have reason but they make 600bhp on the dyno, not on the road due to heat and then melt or crack a ringland ..

Can n e 1 shed some light on the YCP vitara pistons! Those were the ones I wanted to use on my turbo conversion. I can easily get OEM ones but I don't want to spend too much on forged ones. Whats the best option?

Ola pedro

I am also portuguese. You have to be awere of detonation or knocking, otherwise you will keep breaking engines. You have retard ignition, reduce compression ratio and alterate MAP sensor. It isnt that simple to install a turbo
