Hi,

OK, you have an exhaust flange then you have weld in 90 deagrees and t-pieces.
This is the one I have welded up ready for me to finish welding to make complete manifold.

Then you will need inlet into TD04 turbo which is a triangle flange on top of the turbo. It needs to be welded in one you know where and what angle you want to mount it.Then, you have a stainless steel plate with 2 difrerent size holes which is for the down pipe to weld onto.

This is called log sytle manifold and it is simple but effective.
It may not be pretty but it will do same job as some of cast unit. You can't use thin thickness pipes as it will crack very quickly.

I hope you understand bit better.

Cheers

these are about £200 + shipping
not bad price and i emailed them awhile ago and they said they wud sell 10 for $220 each, about £150 (i think, cant find old email)
dont no if there any good it just seems cheap compared to what others are asking, and saves making your own.

Hi,

Those one on ebay is from my CAD data.
I sent them my data as they were making Turbo charged G13B in their Mini.
They are making a super charged G13B with Eaton off a New Mini Cooper S.
You will still need to buy flange for TD04 inlet as well as exhaust flange for exit from your turbo. Well if it is for TD04, I can supply them in 10mm steel for inlet for turbo and 8mm Stainless steel for the ehaust exit flange.

Cheers

Hi,

If you need all 3 flanges, you can have them for £80 including postage.

Let me know what you think, so that I can start getting made.
It takes 1 week...
