4x4 gearbox to gti engine

Hi does anyone know if i need to use the plate that goes between the gti engine and 4x4 gearbox ?

the reason i ask is because when i removed the justy engine it did not have this thin plate but ive seen other engines with them.

yea same shape as the top of the bell housing mating surface and about 2mm thick

The awd gb only has a small flywheel dust cover.... They don't come out with a plate. What car (Suzuki) did you see this plate on?

it was the suzuki sj, and thanks for this info as i now no it is not surposed to have one cheers again
