Re: race/track/rally parts for sale
because i never received either A/ a notice that they had been tried to be delivered or B/ they were never sent
anyway, why are you still whining on? youve received your refund and have a set of shocks you could quite easily get reconditioned by Koni, quite a good deal if you ask me!

Re: race/track/rally parts for sale
HAHA was i whining about it no,
it was a simple query no need to get all defensive about it........
just thought u was trying to pull a fast 1 by telling ebay that you never recieved them so he cant have his refund.
yes i do have the money back and wouldnt have unless ebay had a tracking number for the parcel, so they were sent to the address that ebay gave me.
and who sed i have the shocks?

Re: race/track/rally parts for sale
Have you forgotten about the emails i sent you about you arraning the courier? And that you sending it was my condition of putting a bid in?
Here are the messages you sent me:
ok i will post, but i will need to weigh it and find a box and let you know the cost first.
its going to be around £20,wont know 100% until actually weigh it,am happy if you wanted to arrange your own carrier if this is too expensive
nick
(after i won the auction and the item wasnt sent for about two weeks, i asked if he sent it)
no i havent,i emailed you last week to tell you that every courier company i have tried to send it with now want £32 to send it so until i get the extra funds i wont be sending it or i will be out of pocket
unless you want to arrange the carrier yourself and i will refund you the £20(carriage) you paid already
(I offered to send the extra 12 quid over paypal)
apritchie2@hotmail.com
be nice to send it to you as its been sat in the back of my car for over a week
Two weeks later - still no exhaust.
I sent another email asking about it
reply:
no whats a joke mate is that every company i have tried to send the items with have refused to take them unless i package them in a box. i am quite happy to refund the carriage you have already paid and you can arrange carriage yourself because this has been a nightmare from start to finish, hence why i listed the items as collection only!
I agreed to get my own courrier, asked for his details and weight/size of package and got no reply.
Item was relisted and i sent a message saying it was illegal for him to advertise something that doesnt belong to him
got a message:
you'll get your money back as soon as someone else buys and pays for it
It was sold but i didnt get any money back.
Had to open an ebay despute but never got the 12 pounds i sent him over paypal.

Re: race/track/rally parts for sale
at the end of the day, youve had your refund,i have proof of this via ebay,so whats your problem now?
you can still have the exhaust as you seem to be continuously harping on about it as it sold a further 2 times on ebay only for 'cocks' to have not read the auction properly and wanting it posting.
in fact i even feel like posting it to you at my cost just to shut you up!
if you read my advert,on here and the other suzuki site, everything i know advertise is collection only,so there can be no issues on any part as items can be duly inspected before parting with any cash!
hope your swift sells real soon, then maybe you can stop annoying the hell out of my adverts!
