Wanted 2 inlet vales and 2 exhaust valves

I am building a turbo Gti engine for my 4x4 mini Laughing the head I have has been sitting around for many years and 4 off the valves are a wee bit pitted (sitting with valves open and a bit damp)
Does anybody have 2 inlet and 2 exhaut valves please.
